The Long Island Flute Club is a community organization dedicated to promoting the art of flute playing through workshops, concerts, and educational events. Long Island Flute Club offers regular ensemble opportunities, masterclasses with renowned flutists, and exciting concerts throughout the year.
Flute Ensembles
Our flute ensembles are open to all members, and we offer group experiences for a variety of skill levels. We offer opportunities to play in small ensembles or larger groups, and work with our members throughout the year.
Social Events
Potluck gatherings, flute ensemble reading sessions, group rates for concerts in the Metropolitan area. Connect with like-minded flute enthusiasts in our new social event series. We are open to any ideas from within our membership!
Student Outreach
We offer flute events for students such as workshops, masterclasses, scholarships, and recitals, as well as a variety of flute-related activities for the public. Many adult LIFC members participated in student events as children!
